This Labor Day weekend, join Faith for Justice as we honor  women bearing witness (in our past, present, and future). From the  life-changing speakers to the dynamic worship, you will not want to miss  out!

Black Women must be empowered and nurtured. Women were the first evangelists of the church’s faithful witness, and that witness is at risk if we don’t confront the misogyny that threatens all of us.

Our programming includes interactions with:

Terrance Hawkins, Lisa Sharon Harper, Ekemini Uwan of Truth’s Table, Rev. Dr. Starsky Wilson, performances by SeauxChill, and more!

Expect rich times of celebration and music, in-depth discussion and critical engagement around the church’s remembrances - and forgetfulness - of Black women in liberation work.

Healing spaces will also be centered as crucial to justice work. Expect plenty of teaching on the past and continuing blessings of Black women, with intentional engagement on the ways that celebration and rest can be centered in honoring #WomenBearingWitness.

This is not a “women only” conference, it is a gender inclusive gathering for everyone who wants to support the influence and leadership of women in the household of faith.
